Note: Opened software, used electronics, or physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.


2. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Software, e-licenses, or downloadable products

  • Items without original invoice

  • Service charges, repairs, or diagnostics already rendered


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect or defective items (subject to stock availability)

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • No refund will be issued after service has been rendered.

  • If you're not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion for resolution.
