You can request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
The following items cannot be returned:
Software, downloadable products, or licenses once activated or opened
Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
Customized or personalized items
Items without original purchase invoice or receipt
To initiate a return:

Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting evidence such as photos.
Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.
For defective or wrongly shipped items, FlipTop Gadgets will cover the return shipping cost.
For other returns, such as change of mind or wrong purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Returned items will be inspected to verify their condition and eligibility.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Refund amount will be the product price minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within the return window of 7 days.
